The estate sits in front of Devil's Rock, an outer-reef break known to North Shore surfers, divers, and the rare tow-in crew chasing winter swell. Waves break offshore, leaving the beach itself calm and swimmable through most of the year.
Up close, the reef holds yellow tang and parrotfish in the shallows, green sea turtles year-round, and a few times each year, a Hawaiian monk seal that comes up the sand to rest. In winter, when the swell lines up, Devil's Rock comes alive within view of the lanai.
Beyond the gate: empty beaches, scenic bike rides, the polo fields, Dillingham Airfield and Ranch, horseback riding, and trails that climb into the Waianae range. Haleiwa is ten minutes; HNL forty.
